As a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Sarah follows a holistic approach to health. She incorporates chiropractic, acupuncture, rehabilitative stretches & strengthening exercises, nutritional assessments, muscle release therapy, and modern therapeutic modalities into her therapy plans.
Dr. Sarah’s philosophy embraces patient education and self- treatment strategies, to provide her patient’s with the knowledge to heal themselves. Her goals in care are to provide fast and effective relief, an increase in flexibility, improvement of posture, elimination of pain, and overall enrichment in quality of life. Dr. Sarah is committed to ensuring quality patient care and is excited to be part of Complete Chiropractic Care. As a mother of four, Dr. Sarah knows the importance of chiropractic care for the whole family. Chiropractic adjustments are an essential part of our health and she looks forward to helping you and your loved ones maintain optimal health and wellness.
Dr. Sarah is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, where she received her Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree, Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree, and Master of Science in Acupuncture. Dr. Sarah graduated her masters program as Valedictorian with academic honors distinction (Cum Laude). She also received an Associate of Science degree from William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, IL. Dr. Sarah is board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and an Illinois licensed chiropractic physician under the Illinois Medical Practices Act. She is also certified in Acupuncture and Facial Rejuvenation (Cosmetic) Acupuncture, from Lincoln College of Post-professional, Graduate and Continuing Education. Dr. Sarah has also obtained Perinatal Care with Webster Technique Certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Getting to know Sarah....
Family is so important to Sarah. She is devoted to not only her family, but to yours as well. As she gets to know you and your family, you'll likely learn about hers. Sarah and her husband Nik have four children together, ages 7, 5,3, and 1. As a family, they enjoy the great outdoors with gardening, cycling, and hiking. Sarah is an avid plant-hobbyist and loves propagating succulents and cactus.
